Man Killed By Asphalt Crusher In Temescal Valley

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department and Cal-OSHA are investigating the fatality.

Authorities today released the name of a 34-year-old Anaheim man who was killed when he became tangled in the conveyor belt of a mobile asphalt crusher in unincorporated area south of Corona known as Temescal Valley.

Rolando Anaya was killed at the scene of the accident, which happened at 12:06 p.m. Monday at an asphalt plant in the 25200 block of Maitri Road, according to the Riverside County coroner's office.
