A motorcycle crashed into a vehicle on the Ortega Highway Saturday evening, forcing a hard closure of the road on both sides of the Riverside County/Orange County line, authorities said.
The crash near the was reported about 7 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A SigAlert for the shutdown was issued at 7:33 p.m. and it was unclear how long the road would remain closed to traffic.
A report on injuries was not immediately available.
