A motorist ejected from a vehicle when it overturned on Bundy Canyon Road in Wildomar suffered serious injuries in the crash, authorities said.
The crash at the intersection of Raciti Road, was reported at 4:51 a.m., according to sheriff’s Sgt. David Sanches.
Emergency crews located the driver in a nearby field and took him to Inland Valley Medical Center, in Wildomar.
Bundy Canyon Road was closed for two hours and investigators are still probing the cause of the crash, Sanches said.
A condition report on the motorist was not immediately available Sunday afternoon.
