Traffic has reportedly slowed on the Ortega Highway Thursday afternoon due to a solo-vehicle crash that's blocking lanes.
The non-injury crash was reported at 2:23 p.m. to the California Highway Patrol near Grand Avenue in Lake Elsinore.
Traffic is reportedly slow in both directions on the state route.
A tow vehicle is en route.
