Parole Sweep Nets 4 Arrests In Menifee

All four were booked into the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley.

Four people were back behind bars after being arrested in Menifee on suspicion of violating parole, authorities said.

Deputies assigned to the Menifee Police Department's Special Enforcement Team conducted a series of probation and parole compliance checks Wednesday and ended up arresting the four suspects, who are all from Menifee.

They are:

--Frank Villegas, 38, arrested on suspicion of violating his probation and possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance;

--Jesse Villegas, 38, arrested on suspicion of  being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting or delaying a peace office in the performance of duty;

--Peter Solorio, 27, arrested on suspicion of a parole violation, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; and

--Albert Blue, 37, arrested on suspicion of a parole violation and possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
