Burglary:  Officers responded to the Gap store located at the Lake Elsinore Outlets regarding numerous female subjects who had stolen merchandise from the store. Officers arrested Careli Porcallo (age 18 of Los Angeles) and Jajaira Hernandez (age 36 of Los Angeles) for burglary.   L111520048 

 

06/02/11 Burglary:  Officers arrested Carlos Mejia (age 18 of Wildomar) for committing a burglary at the CVS Pharmacy located on Lakeshore Dr.   L111530082

06/04/11 Domestic Violence:  Officers responded to the 15000 block of Grand Ave. regarding a disturbance and arrested Monica Quirarte (age 25 of Lake Elsinore) for assaulting her husband.   L111550061   

 

06/05/11 Possession of Methamphetamine:  Officers conducted a vehicle stop near Peck x Graham and arrested Edmund Sanchez (age 53 of Wildomar) on numerous drug charges.   L111560071   

 

06/06/11 Felony Warrant:  Officers conducted a traffic stop near Robinson x Shrier and arrested Jesse Halstead (age 22 of Menifee) for an assault with a deadly weapon warrant.   L111570004

Possession of a Controlled Substance:  Officers contacted Kenneth Graham (age 40 of Lake Elsinore) on the 200 block of Riley and arrested him on numerous drug charges.   L111570008  

 

06/07/11 Burglary:  Officers responded to Rite-Aid on Lakeshore regarding a subject who was panhandling and arrested Marquese Winn (age 20 of Lake Elsinore) for burglary.   L111580087

06/03/11 Possession of Methamphetamine/Possession of a Controlled Substance:  Officers conducted a traffic stop near Bundy x Orange and arrested Jorge Manriquez (age 53 of Sun City) and Francisco Quiroz (age 30 of Perris) on numerous drug charges.   WI111540004 

Parole Violation:  Officers conducted a traffic stop near Almond x Sheri and arrested Enrique Sanchez (age 52 of Wildomar) for being a parolee-at-large.   WI111540019

Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale

Details:

On Wednesday, 06-01-11, about 6:50 pm, an officer with the Wildomar Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Gruwell Street and Palomar Street in the city of Wildomar for a traffic violation. The two occupants gave consent to the officer to search the interior of their vehicle. The officer located methamphetamine packaged for sale in possession of the passenger, identified as Mark Figurelle, 53 years old, from Wildomar. Figurelle was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale. The driver was released without any charges.

Figurelle is currently out on bail from a previous arrest for possession of methamphetamine for sale.

Figurelle was booked into the Southwest Detention Center for 11378 H/S, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, and 12022.1(a)(1) PC, Commit Felony while released on bail.
