Details:

Officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department responded to the 31000 Block of Auto center Drive, across from the Travel Inn, regarding an injured subject lying on the curb. The victim, a Hispanic male adult, was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center and treated for major injuries to his lower body.

Traffic investigators have reason to believe that the victim may have been intoxicated and elected to sleep on the curb next to a tractor trailer, which possibly injured him when it drove off. At this time the driver of the trailer is not a suspect and is sought only for informational purposes to complete the investigation.

The Lake Elsinore Police Department is seeking assistance in locating the driver of the tractor trailer. Anyone with information can contact Sergeant Cloutier or Officer Bryan of the Lake Elsinore Police Department Traffic Division at 245 3320.

07/09/11 Domestic Violence:  Officers responded to the 36000 block of Jana Ln regarding a domestic violence call and arrested Joseph Kasiri (age 58 of Wildomar) on numerous charges including domestic violence, child endangerment and criminal threats.  WI111900026

Details:

On Sunday, July 10, 2011, at 4:51 AM, officers from the Wildomar Police Department responded to a single vehicle roll over traffic collision at Bundy Canyon and Raciti. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was ejected and located nearby in the field with moderate injuries. The driver was transported to Inland Valley Medical Center for treatment. Bundy Canyon was closed to vehicle traffic for approximately 2 hours. The incident is still under investigation to determine cause of the collision.

The vehicle involved in this incident was a 2002 gray Hyundai. The driver's name is being withheld pending the results of the continuing investigation.
