On Sunday, April 17, 2011, about 0056 hours, officers were dispatched to a single vehicle roll-over traffic collision located at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Wesley Street. The driver, identified as Hernan Menchaca (age 19) of Murrieta, was found trapped inside the vehicle. Fire personnel had to extricate Hernan from the vehicle. He was transported to a local hospital.
