Details:
On Sunday, May 1, 2011, at about 10:32 A.M, officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Riverside and Lincoln in the city of Lake Elsinore. The vehicle, a 2004 gray Ford F150 truck was eastbound on Riverside and rear-ended a green Honda Civic that was stopped for the red light at Lincoln.
The Ford truck, driven by Daniel Rogers (21) of Lake Elsinore, then began traveling in reverse in the center median. Rogers lost control of the truck, collided with a metal guard rail and flipped onto the driver’s side. Also in the truck was a male passenger who was injured. This subject refused medical attention and his injuries were minor. The occupants of the Honda were not injured.
As a result of the traffic collision investigation, Daniel Rogers was arrested for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.

Details:
On April 29, 2011, the Wildomar Police Department arrested Justin Lee Stultz for impersonating a peace officer on the 3200 block of Wildomar Road. Stultz was in a quasi-law enforcement uniform to include a gun belt and assorted law enforcement equipment, posing as a Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy. Stultz was successful in securing cash donations, for an alleged injured Sheriff’s deputy, by going door to door and asking for money.
At the time of his arrest Stultz was in possession of list of persons that gave him cash regarding this scam. The Wildomar Police Department is actively attempting to locate these persons. If anyone has additional information regarding these persons, or if they feel they have been duped by this scam, or any other, the Wildomar Police Department would like you to contact Officer Keeney at 951 245 3300.
The Wildomar Police Department and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department would like to inform the public that they do not seek charitable contributions for Officers, nor any other victims, in this manner.
