Details:

On Sunday, December 25, 2011, at 11:42 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of Mission Trail Drive and Diamond Drive reference a report of a single vehicle hit and run traffic collision. According to the reporting party, a single vehicle collided with a utility pole at the scene and then immediately drove away. As a result of the impact, the pole was sheered in half. Electric services were lost throughout a large portion of the city.

At 11:47 AM, officers arrived in the area and located the inoperable vehicle and driver being detained by several witnesses. The driver was identified as Keith Williams (age 50), a resident of Lake Elsinore. Williams sustained moderate injuries as a result of the incident. He was subsequently transported to Inland Valley Medical Center for treatment. No other vehicles were involved in this incident. Alcohol consumption appears to be a factor. The investigation is ongoing.

Weapons Violation:  Officers responded to the Travel Inn regarding an unresponsive subject and arrested Marcos Aragon (age 38 of Lake Elsinore) for being under the influence while in possession of a firearm.   L113590051

12/26/11 Domestic Violence:  Officers responded to I15 x Railroad Canyon regarding a domestic violence call and arrested Carlos Luna (age 41 of Wildomar) for domestic violence and driving under the influence.   L113600043

12/27/11 Possession of Stolen Property:  Officers conducted a vehicle stop at Lakecrest x Riverside and arrested Vincent Angels (age 20 of Wildomar) and Hailey Garcia (age 23 of Lake Elsinore) on numerous charges included possession of stolen property and fraud.   L113610005

Details:

On Thursday, December 22, 2011, detectives from the Wildomar Police Department received information a subject was selling stolen property well below the retail price on Craig's List. Further investigation led detectives to the 24500 block of Silo Circle, Wildomar where they contacted Deborah Hunt, 47 years of Wildomar. Detectives located stolen property inside the location and Hunt was arrested. Some items that were posted for sale were Keurig brand coffee makers and KitchenAid appliances. Hunt was later transported to the Southwest Detention Center where she was booked for possession of stolen property.

Felony Warrant:  Officers contacted Trista Ortiz (age 28 of Wildomar) on the 21000 block of Dunn and arrested her on an outstanding assault with a deadly weapon warrant.   WI113560016
