Details:
On February 6, 2012, at 3:14 PM, officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department were dispatched to the area of Lincoln Street and Wayfarer Lane, Lake Elsinore, regarding an attempted kidnapping of a juvenile. Investigating officers arrived at the scene and spoke with the 11-year-old victim and his 18-year-old brother. According to both subjects, they were walking southbound on Lincoln Street when a silver Toyota truck, traveling northbound, pulled next to the juvenile. A male subject reached out the passenger side window and grabbed the juvenile by the right arm. The suspect told the victim to get inside his vehicle. The victim was able to break free from the suspect and move away from the vehicle. The suspect fled the scene northbound on Lincoln Street.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 60 years old, medium build, black hair, dark colored glasses, with a possible tattoo on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt.
The suspect vehicle was described as a silver, two-door, Toyota pickup truck, unknown license plate number.

Major Metal Theft and Vandalism Arrest

Details:
On the above date and time, officers were dispatched to the 32000 block of Green Harvest Court, reference a report of suspicious activity. Upon arriving on scene, officers observed four male subjects dismantling a large metal microwave tower with the aid of a cutting torch. The subjects were detained and identified as James Alva Lemoine (age 46), Sam Anthony Musia II (age 49), Beau Christian Beck (age 29) and David Wayne Benjamin (age 46). All four subjects currently reside in the city of Wildomar.
Through further investigation, officers identified the property owner to be American Tower. A representative of the company was contacted and responded to the scene. The subjects detained by deputies at the site were determined to be trespassing. The representative estimated the damage and theft of materials at the location to be in excess of three hundred thousand dollars. All four suspects were subsequently arrested and booked at the Southwest Detention Center, located in the city of Murrieta.
