A Lake Elsinore man is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly tried to kill someone with a shotgun Wednesday, police said.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Kevin Fulkerson, 52, was arrested around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
He's accused of shooting someone in the 18000 block of Grand Avenue, which is near Lakeland Village Middle School.
"The victim, a white male adult, sustained a single shotgun blast," Sheriff's Sgt. Giannakakos said in a press release. "He was transported to a regional medical center where he was admitted for emergency surgery to repair life-threatening injuries."
