Post Office On SR 74 Sees Morning Crash

The vehicles reportedly hit a pole outside the postal facility at 31610 Highway 74.

A two-car crash has been reported on State Route 74 in Homeland, and the smash-up may cause delays for those trying to access a post office in the vicinity.

According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch report, the crash involving a BMW and a minivan was reported at 7:48 a.m. Thursday in front of a post office located in the area at Ritter Avenue.

The vehicles reportedly hit a pole outside the postal facility at 31610 Highway 74. 

The pole remained upright, and there were no reports if injuries, according to the CHP dispatch.
