A 38-year-old Wildomar woman suspected of being an accessory in the killing death of a Wildomar man made her first court appearance Friday but did not enter a plea.
Summer Sharmaine Stephens is charged with one count of aiding and abetting Anthony Garcia, who is now a suspect in the killing. Garcia, 32, also of Wildomar, was arrested during the investigation on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
On Friday, Riverside County Superior Court Judge Michael Rushton granted a motion by Stephens' attorney to postpone her arraignment until Monday, when Garcia is slated to appear.
Stephens' bail was set at $500,000, court records indicate. It was unclear whether charges would be added to her case.
A third suspect -- a 13-year-old, gender and name undisclosed -- has also been arrested in the case.
An assault call in Wildomar earlier this week led to the discovery of the dead man about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Mariposa Road and Mission Trail.
The victim's age and identity have not been released by authorities.
