Two motorcycle riders collided Sunday on Ortega (74) Highway across from a popular eatery in Lake Elsinore and left one person unconscious, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Officers were dispatched at 2:16 p.m. to Hells Kitchen restaurant, 32685 Ortega Highway, where the highway was temporarily blocked, according to the CHP.
