Wildomar Resident Forced To Close Fullerton-Based Marijuana Operation

A Wildomar resident who has been operating a medical marijuana operation near a Fullerton elementary school has been forced to shut the facility down, the L.A. Times is reporting today.

Derek Gonzalez, 21, agreed to close his operation, called the Green Parrot, after narcotics investigators cited him for violations including operating without a permit, no business license and operating within 600 feet of a school, Sgt. Andrew Goodrich of the Fullerton Police Department told the L.A. Times.

The facility was located at 1001 East Chapman Avenue near Raymond Elementary School.

The city of Fullerton also cited the building owners for code violations, the Times reported.
