A parolee remained behind bars Saturday following his arrest during a traffic stop in Wildomar, records showed.

A deputy on patrol early Friday pulled over the driver of a Kia Rio in the 22100 block of Bundy Canyon Road for a vehicle code violation. A records check showed the driver was on probation for a drug-related offense and that the passenger was wanted on a warrant, Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. David Cardoza said.

Methamphetamine and a mortar-type firework were found inside the car. The firework required members of a sheriff's bomb squad to remove it, Cardoza said.

Jeffrey Jay Fleming, 43, of Santa Ana, was arrested on suspicion of violating his parole and other violations. Kimberly Ann Holguin, 39, of Canyon Lake, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, but was released Friday after posting $5,000 bail, records showed.

Cardoza did not specify which of the suspects drove the Kia. News about the arrests weren't made public until Saturday.

Of course this would happen in Wildomar the ARMPIT of the I.E. thanks to the Wildomar Council and the moron sheep.
Dragon Skull February 15, 2014 at 10:14 PM
Oh so this doesn't happen in Elsinore?
ADB Security February 15, 2014 at 10:18 PM
The alleged suspects were coming from the direction of the Farm.
Martha L. Bridges February 15, 2014 at 10:32 PM
Doesn't really matter where this particular bunch of suspects were coming from or where they were headed. Our inland communities do not want this kind of illegal activity. ____________________________________________________________ It may only be the middle of February but it is none too soon for all of our local communities to emphasis the dangers of using personal fireworks and make it clear that their use is ILLEGAL and that the law will be enforced with citations and arrests. We are plagued with drought conditions and extreme fire danger even now - let alone in July. Yet we have ignorant people shooting off guns and bottle rockets every few days. Our local governments need to make plans to actively curtail this kind of behavior starting NOW.

I'm glad they were caught. Great job RCSD! One 43 the other 39 years old hooked on drugs. It would be great if we could put losers like these two away so they don't pose a danger to the rest of us.

I am curious as to the traffic violation. Or were the police aware of the who were in the car.
Alek J Hidell February 16, 2014 at 05:47 PM
I advise police to pull over ANY vehicle without proper plates--you will find dirtbags like this. Don't be fooled by those 3 year old "dealer paper plates"... When one hits your kid and flees? your dealer plates description won't help much. ONLY CRIMINALS have trouble registering their cars..... Lazy overpaid barney fife idiot cops. open your eyes.

I like how in this thread a Wildomar resident is proclaiming their city is better than Lake Elsinore. It's like comparing rotten apples to rotten apples.
Allen G February 16, 2014 at 08:49 PM
That's a pretty bad ass firework though. I wonder how much meth the guy had on him. The fine for possessing that big puppy might be more than the meth charge.

FYI..lived here a long time. Bundy Canyon area used to be Lake Elsinore. As far as Im concerned, I love our cities. Lots of great schools, great churches, great neighbors...there is something for everybody in these towns. We have every sport under the sun, a couple of pretty great lakes, a sky diving school, a motorcycle track that comes and goes, a beautiful baseball stadium horse trails a sorta bowling alley, movie....etc..and our houses are affordable. You don't like it here, MOVE or quit visiting. OVER IT.
Alek J Hidell February 17, 2014 at 01:09 PM
you have a swarm of degenerate meth addicts who associate with criminals from both sides of the border and our children are not safe around you...... That's why we want you to move out to the desert like most normal rodents..... Slab City for instance.

Meth, fireworks and porn go well together. Wait, the inland empire and meth are the best fit, right Alek? What would the IE be without meth?
