Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District has tapped Nemesciano Ochoa to be its assistant general manager, it was announced this week.

He has more than 15 years of experience in water resource planning, facility master planning, capital improvement program implementation, and facility design, according to a news release from the district.
In his role, Ochoa will support EVMWD General Manager John D. Vega through carrying out board directives, assuring compliance with district policies, as well as overseeing many projects, and developing and implementing EVMWD's business plan, the release continued.
“We are pleased to have Nem as part of the EVMWD team,” Vega said. “His many years of experience, knowledge and proven leadership will enhance the District’s commitment to innovative approaches for water resources and reliability.”
