Medium High-Density Housing Under Consideration In Wildomar's Farm Community

The Wildomar Planning Commission is considering changes Wednesday night that could significantly alter the landscape of The Farm community situated in the northeast corner of the city.

The considerations come as the planning commission digs into a proposal from Sunbelt Communities, Inc. to amend The Farm Specific Plan for the development of the Oak Creek Canyon residential/commercial project.
