I wouldn't expect anything else from Naggar. I've gone to Council meetings and have seen him do his "chest pounding" on how great he has been for Temecula. I was wondering when he would open his shirt and show his Superman costume. How did he get re-elected?

He won by a landslide. The citizens of Temecula voted him in without a fight. Nothing will wake up the citizens of Temecula. Nothing. So, Naggar gets away with whatever he wants. Naggar is so thankful for a lazy group of voters. Naggar has thrown away $$$millions to his friends and nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. I believe he is untouchable.

What about Ken Calvert? He is voting like he still represents South LA. I hope he better understand the voter's wishes in the re-districting area he was force upon. I've Emailed him what I think, and I hope a few more do too.
