Registrar's Office Certifies Measure D Election Results

The final tally for Wildomar's Measure D was 56.06 percent in favor and 43.94 percent against. The Measure failed because it needed a two-thirds vote to pass.

The Riverside County Registrar of Voters office on Thursday certified the results of the June 7 election and forwarded them to the Board of Supervisors. 

Wildomar’s voter The certified count showed 4,160 voters cast a ballot, with 2,332 voting in favor and 1,828 against.

Under the law, recount requests can be filed with the Registrar of Voters office within five days after election results are certified. The deadline to request a recount is June 14; recount fees must be paid by the person requesting, according to the Registrar’s office.
