Among the proposed improvements over the five-year period are drainage, pavement management, as well as improvements on Bundy Canyon Road, Cottonwood Canyon Road, Clinton Keith Road, and sidewalks near several schools including Ronald Reagan Elementary, David A. Brown Elementary, Wildomar Elementary, and Elsinore High School.

Primary funding sources for the improvements come from federal, state and local funds, including Measure A funds, Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fees, AB 2766 funding, and grants. It is expected that the public will get a chance to learn more about these funding sources during the meeting.
