Wildomar Mayor Ben Benoit delivered his "State of the City" address Wednesday morning to a crowd of almost 100 local dignitaries and business leaders gathered at the Elks Lodge on Mission Trail.
The nearly 15-minute address highlighted business grand openings, housing, infrastructure improvements and economic development.
