Every summer all the libraries join in a central theme to present readers the opportunity to receive prizes and enjoy entertainment just by coming to the library.
Our theme this year is "One World, Many Stories."
The Lake Elsinore Library will be hosting a paper airplane contest, an artist will teach the kids to draw Australian animals, and Annie Banannie -- a world class storyteller -- will have so much fun with balloons that you will laugh till you cry!
We will also be celebrating two very diverse cultures, China and Iran. Our speakers will be showing us how to write in their native languages and bring many things to share with us.
The library has flyers and calendars with the times and dates of all our programs, so please join us.
