Why so much compensation for the new LE School Superintendent?
Quick research revealed the new superintendent's salary and benefits of $250,000 per year is about 30% above the mean for this type of position. He doesn't seem to have fantastic credentials. Anyone have insight into why he is being paid so much? For those that want to justify it based on housing cost compared to rest of country - forget it. He can move from Yorba Linda to Lake Elsinore - problem solved.
