Despite a stellar season, the team fell to the Lancaster JetHawks Friday night in Game 3 of the South Division playoffs.

The 3-2 loss in Lancaster marks the end of the season for the Lake Elsinore Storm, but several players stood out this year, including 1st baseman Tommy Medica, who led in California League regular season play with the highest number of doubles hit at 37; Pitcher Kevin Quackenbush led the League in saves during the regular season with 27; and Pitcher Matthew Andriese topped the League’s ERA during regular season play with a 3.58.
