Second-seeded Titans host Burbank while the Tigers travel to Pasadena in CIF Division 5 first-round games.

Temescal Canyon, champions of the Sunbelt League, should make a big splash in CIF Division 5 Girls Water Polo playoffs.

Both the Sunbelt League and the Pacific League earned nods as strong in girls water polo with four teams apiece in Division 5. Pairings, which were announced Sunday, have the Titans hosting Burbank in a first-round matchup.

Temescal Canyon may have drawn a good first game in Burbank, which finished fourth in the Pacific League. Should the Titans advance, their second-round game will be anything but easy, as they will face the winner of the Los Altos-Redlands first-round matchup.

If Elsinore wins its first-round game at Pasadena, it will see either fourth-seeded Bonita or Jurupa Valley.
