The City of Lake Elsinore and its Citizen Corps have a plan in place should a major earthquake strike locally, and the community is urged to get in on it.
In an ongoing effort to raise public awareness of the critical importance
for individuals, families and communities to plan and prepare for the
occurrence of such a catastrophic disaster, the city and its volunteers are hosting the fourth annual Shake Out Expo on Saturday at The Diamond.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 19 at the stadium at 500
Diamond Drive in Lake Elsinore, according to the city website.
