In addition to providing water to Lake Elsinore and surrounding areas, it offers information on landscaping to conserve water, ways to use water wisely in your home by using water efficient toilets,  high-efficiency washers, shower heads, checking your water meter for leaks, and turning off water while brushing teeth.
