A resident of Wildomar, is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and Antiterrorism and Military Law Enforcement Instructor/Officer with over 20 years military service and 40 years teaching martial arts.

He attended specific training at the San Diego County Sheriff’s SWAT Academy in 1989 as part of a cooperative Navy Law Enforcement/Sheriff Department venture as well as being trained in FBI Defensive Tactics (1989-90).

He has coordinated Naval Security Operations with the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI on Presidential, Vice Presidential and Foreign Dignitary/VIP visits to San Diego Naval Bases and is a member of the<b> American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS)</b> an international organization of and for security professionals  and consults in matters of physical security and personal protection, industrial security, threat assessment and evaluation. Additionally he operated as Chief of Stage Security for country music stars: The Judds, Garth Brooks, Clint Black, Sawyer Brown and The Pirates of the Mississippi when these artists performed at former Naval Air Station Miramar.

He is a Personal &amp; Physical Security Professional and is the owner and Chief Instructor of Tenkobushi Budokan Martial Arts (www.tenkobushi.com) located in Wildomar.
