Click here to read a recent news article showing how our incumbent Congressman Ken Calvert (R - Corona) stacks up against his three Democratic opponents Kerri CondleyChris Marquez and Tim Sheridan. The two candidates receiving the most votes in the June 3rd California state primary will run against each other in the November 4th election. The winner in November will represent us in Washington DC for the next two years.

One online political blog suggests that the 42nd district is "safely Republican". Comments on the same blog however suggest that the recent re-alignment of the 42nd district away from Orange County and into Riverside County means the district could be very much up for grabs with just a few well targeted Democratic voter registration drives.

If the 42nd district is indeed "trending towards blue", come meet the Democratic congressional candidates that are looking to unseat Congressman Ken Calvert during this election season or the next.
