Brian McKnight, 25, died at a hospital, the Riverside County Coroner's Bureau reported.

Authorities today identified a Corona man who was shot to death during a confrontation that led to the arrest of three suspects.
The attack happened around 3:25 p.m. Wednesday near McKinley Street and Griffin Way, just off the Riverside (91) Freeway, according to Corona police Sgt. Kim Velasco.
Brian McKnight, 25, died at a hospital, the Riverside County Coroner's Bureau reported.
Officers were sent to the area to investigate reports of shots fired and discovered a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Velasco said.
McKnight was shot during an encounter with two men and a boy in an SUV, Velasco said. The circumstances behind the shooting were unclear.
He died a short time later at Corona Regional Hospital, Velasco said.
The three suspects, whose names were not immediately disclosed, fled the scene but were spotted by a Corona police officer moments later on the westbound Riverside Freeway.
Velasco said the officer attempted to stop the SUV, but the driver sped away, heading north on the Corona (71) Expressway.
The driver eventually stopped near Euclid Avenue in Chino, and all three occupants surrendered without further incident, according to Velasco. --City News Service
