Deputies and Explorer Scouts will play the part of waiters and waitresses Wednesday night at the Marketplace Center Chili’s on Central Avenue.

Tips they get and silent auction revenues will support the nonprofit which benefits disadvantaged children in the city.

“This is one small way we as your law enforcement officials can help to bring happiness into the lives of children during the holidays,” said Capt. Shelley Kennedy-Smith.
