Casa Murrieta HOA

One of the worst of the board members is a guy named Jeff.  He is the biggest hypocrites there.  All the while he is telling my father he has to alter the appearance of his pick up to park outside in his own driveway, he is telling his brother in law and another resident they do not have to alter their very similar vehicles.  Too bad there is not anything to do legally as the CC&R's say you can't have a tool box or a rack.  How can the HOA board let two others have trucks with racks and toolboxes, but not my father.  My father faces a $500.00 a month fine if he doesn't comply and remove his rack and tool box.
