Express Lane Closures On I-15 Expected To Snarl Traffic
"Significant delays are expected," according to Caltrans.
Residents commuting to San Diego via the 15 Freeway may want to consider an alternate travel route in upcoming days and months.
June 18 -26, Interstate 15 Express Lanes from SR 56 to SR 163 will be closed during the day.
The closure is necessary to complete an Express Lanes expansion project, according to Caltrans.

Then starting June 27, and lasting for three months, the entrance and exit of the I-15 Express Lanes near the SR 163 and SR 52 connectors will be temporarily closed and relocated. Detours will be signed.
