Remembrance in Riverside

Join Us As We Remember and Honor Our Children’s Lives for National Children’s Memorial Day

To The Stars - Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. ~ Eskimo Proverb

You are invited to light a candle in honor of all children who have died, that their light may always shine.

The Program will begin around 6:45 p.m. and include an open forum after the names of our children are read. The candle lighting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., so the chain around the world will not be broken. As candles go out in one time zone, they will be lit in the next creating a wave of light that will encircle the globe.

We will be meeting at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92501. Outside the City Hall building at Main Street and 9th Street. Please stay for refreshments & sharing after the candles are blown out.

This remembrance is held even if it rains...preferably no rain...DRESS WARMLY! You may want to bring a chair, umbrella and candles will be provided for the first 125.

If you would like to be included in the program, donate refreshments or need more information, call Kristan Lloyd at (951) 265-3820
