THE FUTURE OF HOUSING IN WILDOMAR

Recently posted on the City of Wildomar website is the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Housing Element of Wildomar's "General Plan". All 688 pages.
For those that would like to see the proposed future look of housing in Wildomar and the current condition as it relates to state mandates this is a must read.
Important the review period last only until September 30, 2013.
CEQA's Guiding Policy  Guidelines Section 15201
Two of the basic purposes of CEQA are to inform governmental decisionmakers and the public about the potential significant effects, if any, of proposed activities and to provide opportunities for other agencies and the public to review and comment on draft environmental documents. The latter is crucial to the effectiveness of the former.
