Uninformed Planning Commission to Decide Future of Uninformed Citizens of Wildomar

Three items on the upcoming Wildomar Planning Commission Agenda lack the necessary information to make and appropriate recommendation to the Wildomar City Council. Per the Brown Act all agenda packets will contain information if it is reviewed by the committee. This agenda packet posted online does not contain the tentative tract maps being discussed nor the EA (Environmental Assessment) for each item being discussed.
Why is this important.
1. One of the tracts in question was originally approved by the county in 2002 and the other 2 in 2006. So much time has passed since there original approval that no reasonable person can remember all the information contained in these items without refreshing their minds.
2. Two of the current planning commissioners did not even live in the city at the time the first tract was approved by the county one wasn’t here for any of them.
3. The City of Wildomar was incorporated since all of these projects were approved by the county and they may no longer fit into what is right for Wildomar.
4. The population of Wildomar has increased by an estimated 11,500 citizens since the first tract was approved by the county and an estimated 10,500 since the last tract was approved by the county, 1/3 of the current population has never seen these tract maps or environmental assessments and would be hard presses to offer honest comments at this public hearing.
To grant an extension of these projects along with a development agreement locking the city the numerous terms spelled out without all the information is just down right irresponsible on the part of the city.
