Fund Established For Man Killed In Wildomar Crash

Jon Boehning was riding his motorcycle on Clinton Keith Road, west of Palomar Street, when he was hit by a suspected drunk driver. He died less than two hours later.

A memorial fund has been set up to benefit the family of a man who was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday in Wildomar.

Jon Boehning, 47, of Murrieta, was the sole provider for his wife, Dawn, and two sons, according to a family member.

Dawn had hip surgergy three weeks ago, said Tara Clarke, Dawn's sister, in an email to Patch.

Boehning was riding his motorcycle on Clinton Keith Road, west of Palomar Street, He died less than two hours later.

The trust account to support his family has been set up at Bank of America.

Anyone wishing to contribute may visit any branch within the next 90 days, Clarke said.

Benefactors should mention that they would like to donate to the Jon B. Boehning Memorial Fund, Clarke said.
