Beware of tweakers

The tweakers are out in Wildomar.  There is a male tweaker in a dark honda checking our neighborhoods.  Male, 25 to 32 (hard to tell with tweakers), dark brown hair, caucasian with a dark gray (honda?) car with no interior panels, hangs with caucasian woman, dark brown mid length hair, same age range scoping out Wildomar neighborhoods.  Be on the lookout and call the sheriff's. Let's see if we can't chase this scum out of Wildomar.
