Panda Express!!!!

Myself along with a coworker had the worst customer service experience ever, courtesy of store #1325 in Lake Elsinore Ca.. We ordered our food then was told to wait 5 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. That 5 minutes turned in to 20 mins before we got our food. After the employee gave us our food I NOTICED WRITING IN BLUE PEN ON THE TOP OF THE CARTON THAT OUR FOOD CAME IN. MY WRITING SAID "BALD" AND MY COWORKER'S WRITING SAID "NOT
BALD"...This is not the way a consumer is to be treated nor classified especially cunsomers that actually suffer from conditions that doesn't allow them to grow hair! Ex..Chemo therapy patients, male patterned baldness and a desease named Alopecia! It saddens me to think that your company would hire employees that overtly stereotype and classify customers this way. It is utterly un-acceptable and shall not be tolerated. I currently can not grow hair and as a man it is very depressing to be called out in an un provoked manner as such.
