Four Arrested During Lake Elsinore DUI Checkpoint Operation

Keep up the good work. Maybe we can get some of these unsafe cars off the road or at least repaired. I hope they are impounding the cars if the people are driving without insurance. I'm personally tired of paying higher premiums to offset the un-insured.

they are unconstitutional in the fact that they take a private citizens property without compensation, the issue is in the courts and so far they agree on that fact. it is nothing more than a extortion tactic by local government. to issue citations and be done with it is the right way to do it, but to take more money out of the pockets of those who don't have it that are just trying to support their family is just wrong on so many levels. for those who cry about their premiums then petition for no fault insurance to be instituted here in california, then you only have to worry about yourself as it makes sure that you cover you. if you like oppression and forced rules then take yourself to a country that suits your need for these types big brother actions.
