Lake Elsinore Pair Plead Guilty To Stealing Copper From EVMWD

The man and woman, both 42, were affiliated with a janitorial service for the water district.

Hekema Lamar Cook and Kicheko Hasani Williams of Lake Elsinore have each pleaded guilty to stealing copper from Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District, The Press-Enterprise is reporting.

The man and woman, both 42, were affiliated with a janitorial service for the water district.

Cook and Williams were each sentenced to three year’s probation, 120 days in the work release program and they were ordered to pay fines, according to the report.
