Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Encourages Local Residents To Sign Up For Police Alerts

The following is a news release from Lt. Zachary Hall of the Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station.

As a reminder to the communities we serve, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station uses the Nixle Connect Communications System.  We use this system to improve our ability to effectively communicate with community members and businesses.

Nixle is an alert communications system designed to rapidly distribute information to subscribers.  Alerts may be issued for incidents including road closures, traffic delays, lost persons, community events, or other events that affect specific communities.

Community members in the cities of Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and the surrounding area are encouraged to subscribe.  To subscribe to Nixle, text your zip code to 888777 or visit the Nixle website at https://local.nixle.com/register/ and sign up using your email address.
