Man Suffers Massive Trauma After Getting Hit By Car In Wildomar

"The driver of the vehicle was cooperative and did not display any objective symptoms of intoxication."

A Lake Elsinore man suffered “massive trauma” to both legs after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday night in Wildomar, police are reporting.

Ronald Daniels, 52, was transported to Inland Valley Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery for his injuries after being struck at the intersection of Mission Trail and Mariposa around 9:45 p.m., the Wildomar Police Department reported in a news release.

“The driver of the vehicle was cooperative and did not display any objective symptoms of intoxication,” the news release stated.
