Details:
On December 28, 2011, at 4:50 P.M., officers of the Lake Elsinore Police Department responded to a report of a robbery that just occurred at the Mission Oaks Bank located at 600 Central Avenue. According to witnesses the suspect handed the bank teller a note demanding money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank without further incident. At the time of the robbery the bank was open for business; there were no customers inside. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect was described as a white male adult approximately 45 years of age, about 6'03" tall, thin build and was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket with a zipper in the front and a black knitted hat.
Officers conducted a search of the area, but were unable to locate the suspect and he remains outstanding. This investigation is continuing and the Lake Elsinore Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding this incident or anyone that may have witnessed the incident to contact Investigator Beatty of the Lake Elsinore Police Department at (951) 245-3300.

Vehicular Homicide:
On January 1, 2012, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Evidence located at the scene, confirmed the suspect vehicle was a Honda. The vehicle possibly has a damaged front passenger side headlamp and side view mirror and possible damage to the hood and front windshield. The vehicle possibly has a modified exhaust system.
The Lake Elsinore Police Department needs the public's help identifying the driver of this vehicle and asks anyone having any information or seeing a similar type vehicle with the damage described to call the Police Department immediately. Details:
On December 31, 2011, about 6:48 pm Lake Elsinore Patrol officers responded to a major injury collision in the 1500 block of Lakeshore Drive at Avenue 6. At the scene officers located the victim on the north side of the road. The victim suffered numerous fractures, major head injuries and was transported to the Inland Valley Medical Center.
Preliminary investigative efforts indicate the male pedestrian, approximately 19 years of age, was riding a skate board westbound on Lakeshore Drive when he was struck from behind by a passing vehicle. The suspect vehicle did not stop and fled the scene. Witnesses describe the vehicle as a light-colored, lowered Honda with front end damage. The roadway was closed until the on-scene investigation was completed.

Details:
On Monday, January 2, 2012, at 3:17 AM, officers from the Lake Elsinore Police Department were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call in the area of Malaga and Wildomar, near the Lake Elsinore Casino. A passer-by observed a black vehicle with several subjects in the vehicle and one subject was holding a gun. As the first officer arrived in the area, the vehicle was located at Mission Trail and Malaga. The vehicle was stopped on Valley View in the City of Wildomar and the front passenger ran from the vehicle. A perimeter was established and a small handgun was found in a yard on Wildomar Road. With the assistance of a Riverside County Sheriff's K9 unit, the outstanding subject was located hiding in a backyard on Wildomar Road. The remaining four subjects in the vehicle were detained without incident. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of three of the five subjects. The following subjects were arrested and booked into the Southwest Detention Center:
