UPDATE: Stolen Coffeemakers Land Wildomar Woman In Jail

Deborah Hunt, 47, was arrested for allegedly selling pilfered kitchen appliances on Craigslist, Wildomar police reported today.

12/23 UPDATE: The accused is being held at the Larry D. Smith Correctional facility for the felony crimes of burglary and receiving stolen property. Her bail has been set at $5,000. She is due to appear in court on Dec. 27.

12/22 ORIGINAL POST: A Wildomar woman was nabbed Thursday for allegedly selling stolen small kitchen appliances on a highly trafficked website, police are reporting.

Deborah Hunt, 47, was arrested in the 24500 block of Silo Circle in Wildomar around 3:50 p.m. for selling the pilfered goods well below retail price on Craigslist, Wildomar police reported today.

Police report that they received information today about Hunt’s alleged illegal business, so they contacted her at the Silo Circle location and found ill-gotten appliances there.

Stolen Keurig brand coffeemakers and KitchenAid tools were among some of the items Hunt was allegedly selling online, police report.

After her arrest, Hunt was transported to Southwest Detention Center and booked for possession of stolen property. She remains in custody at press time.
